Making a claim with Vero is as simple as making a phone call.

Your call will go straight through to our claims team. If it is a straightforward claim, they will settle it straightaway at the time of lodgement. Some of our customers even receive settlement the day after lodging their claim!

However not all claims are straightforward. More complex claims are sent to our Resolution Team who focus on providing world class service in working with clients to ensure fair and efficient settlements. This may involve contacting you, developing an action plan and communicating with you until the claim is resolved.

It is nobody’s wish to be in the position to have to claim. But if you are, you can rest assured that Vero’s philosophy is to make it as easy as possible.
