          A special building valuation discount offer from Vero and Quotable Value

          Quotable Value (QV), New Zealand’s largest valuation services and property information company, has 22 offices throughout the country. QV has developed an on-line system for Vero and AMP Commercial customers to order a commercial building insurance valuation.

          An annual insurance valuation ensures that you are not under-insured, that you comply with any reinstatement provision in your policy and that you are paying the correct Fire Service Levy.

          Dedicated resources are available to deal with your request and provide a quotation before handing over to one of their local valuers, who will visit the building and then produce a valuation report at a discounted rate.

          Who qualifies for the discount?
          New and existing clients who have a building insured under a commercial policy with Vero or AMP can order a valuation via the on-line system.

          How much is the discount?
          The cost of the valuation report will be discounted between 15-30% for Vero and AMP clients. If you purchase your first valuation report over the next 12 months, you will not be charged an additional premium if the valuation of your property increases (excluding FSL plus GST up to a maximum premium of $500 per policy.) New Vero or AMP clients must produce a copy of last years sum insured record, to be entitled to the free premium.

          Visit the Vero/QV website and enter your policy and property details. QV will be contact you within 2 working days.
